Tip of the Month

While it makes your car more visible to others on the paths and streets, it is not a good idea to use your headlights when they are not absolutely necessary.  On many golf cars, mechanics will connect your lights to 2 out of the 6 batteries in the car.  This gives the light system the 12 volts that it needs to operate.  However, this also will cause the two batteries that they are connected to to drain faster than the rest of the batteries in the set.  I recommend that you use your headlights after dark, or while passing through the many tunnels around town, but never during the day as driving lights.  This will help prolong the life of your batteries and will also help keep your charge up longer.
